Hubitat is a coworking space located in the center of Novi Sad, designed for companies, their teams, and especially for freelancers tired of working from home. It offers a pleasant environment where you can spend your work hours. In the common areas, you can chat with people from similar industries during coffee breaks, achieving a perfect balance between work and relaxation.

About the project
The client approached us with a request to completely redesign their website, modernize and refresh it, and add new services as their business started to grow and expand. Additionally, they wanted the site optimized for SEO. The main focus was to emphasize the community and the connections that can be made by working in a shared space. The task was to sell the connection, not just the space.
We achieved this with a warm yet playful design, featuring numerous photos showcasing the beautiful and cozy space, as well as real people working, dining in the cafeteria, and engaging in conversations. Clear messaging highlights what you get by joining us and how our coworking space stands out from others in the city.
Wireframes
I always start a project with a low-fidelity wireframe, then move on to a mid-fidelity wireframe, and finally create a high-fidelity wireframe. This gradual phase allows for testing various ideas and layouts until we arrive at a polished and meticulously refined design.
Font and colors
The choice of font and color supports the goal of clearly communicating that we offer a community, not just a workspace. Fustat is a beautifully designed, easy-to-read, warm, and friendly font. The green color reflects my client's desire to present itself as an environmentally conscious and sustainable community. I was careful in selecting shades of green to avoid the generic combinations often used by other businesses aiming to appear sustainable, ensuring that the branding is unique and genuine.
Illustrations
For this project, I created custom illustrations to give the design a personal and approachable feel. The simple, hand-drawn style reflects the human-centered values of the brand, while adding a playful and welcoming touch.
